On May 23rd, with the successful ignition of the 40 meter high vent torch at Dongfeng 103 Gas Gathering Station, the station was officially put into operation, marking the successful completion of the production capacity construction project in Dongfeng 501HF well area. The development and production of Dongfeng Field, one of the key production areas of Southwest Oil and Gas Company during the 14th Five Year Plan, entered the "fast lane".
The Dongfengchang block has a wide range of points and scattered locations, with no self built pipeline network or users around. The existing production wells are affected by tank truck transportation and fluctuations in civilian gas, and production capacity cannot be released in a timely and sufficient manner. After the completion and operation of Dongfeng 103 Gas Gathering Station, it will adopt the "high-pressure gas production, medium pressure gas collection, gas-liquid separation, and centralized processing" production and transportation method. The natural gas from 13 wells in this area will be transported to Zhongjing Gas through external pipelines, with a designed annual processing capacity of 100 million cubic meters, effectively compensating for the limited production capacity of this block due to the lack of gathering and transportation pipelines.
To promote the efficient construction of the project, the leadership team of the First Gas Production Plant of Southwest Oil and Gas Company has established an on-site execution team, stationed on the front line for a long time, coordinated and arranged various tasks, optimized construction design, established a task list, closely monitored the progress of the project construction, overcame adverse effects such as the epidemic and rainwater, and ensured the completion of the construction on schedule. At the same time, the relevant functional departments of the First Gas Production Plant of Southwest Oil and Gas Company, in conjunction with the Jintang Gas Production Management Area, have established a party member assault team to prioritize safety and quality, strictly supervise and manage contractors and direct operation links, strengthen project construction quality supervision, minimize risks, and aggregate efforts to ensure safe and smooth progress of construction.
It is reported that the project has completed the construction of over 20 kilometers of pipelines, including 2 new gas production stations, 2 expansion and renovation gas production stations, 2 new pigging stations, and 1 gas gathering station. After completion, the project will revitalize the gas well resources in the Dongfengchang block, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth completion of the annual production target task.
